Let candidates apply faster with auto-filled details and AI-powered resume parsing.

The Apply with Resume feature allows candidates to upload their resumes directly into Talkpush, making the application process faster. This integration, powered by AI, extracts key details from the resume, autofills Prescreening Questions, and provides recruiters with AI-driven insights, including a Job Matching Score and a professional summary.

To activate Apply with Resume, go to Campaign settings > Main settings > toggle on Enable Apply with Resume.


Candidate Experience

  1. Candidates will see an Apply with Resume button on the application page.


    Resumes can be uploaded in PDF or DOCX formats.

  2. The system automatically extracts relevant details from the resume to pre-fill the application fields. If data is missing, candidates can manually complete those fields and edit answers.

3. Once the candidate agrees to the Privacy Policy and reviews the auto-filled details, they can submit their application. Their profile is created in Talkpush with all extracted data.


Recruiter Experience

Viewing Resume & AI-generated insights

  • A summary is extracted from the Resume.

  • Bullet points highlighting what the Resume is missing against the Job Description.

  • The AI will generate follow-up questions for the next conversation with the candidate, available under the Interview Toolkit.

Candidate Profile

Resume data is automatically stored in the candidate’s Talkpush profile. Key details are mapped to Candidate Attributes for easy access:
