All Users in the Requisition Management System have access to a dedicated section called “All Requisitions.”

As soon as an user enters the platform, they can access this section. It contains every requisition that has been created, including past, present, and future ones, regardless of who created them.

All Requisitions Section

The All Requisitions section shows all requisitions in one place.
This includes:

  • Requisitions currently under review

  • Active requisitions

  • Archived or Closed requisitions

All of these are displayed in a table, which lists all the information for each requisition. When an admin clicks on a specific requisition, they can view all of its details.

Requisition Categories

Within the All Requisitions view, there are three sub-sections that group requisitions according to their current status:

1. In Review

This subsection includes all requisitions that are still in the process of being approved. For each requisition, admins can see:

  • Who is the current approver

  • Who is the requester

By clicking on any requisition, the admin can access all of its details, including approval information and other relevant data related to that requisition.

2. Active

This subsection includes all requisitions that have already been approved and are part of the recruitment process in Talkpush.

There are two types of active requisitions:

  1. Active: Requisitions that are currently running and receiving candidates.

  2. Paused: Requisitions whose related campaigns are no longer receiving candidates.

Admins will also have access to:

  • A filter to view requisitions by requester (to see who created or requested them).

  • A tracker showing how many people have been hired compared to the headcount defined in the requisition.

  • An indicator based on the “date needed” field. If the “date needed” has already passed, the requisition will show an overdue indicator.

3. Archived

Includes all requisitions that are no longer active. This covers:

  • Closed requisitions, which were once active and were closed because the recruiter or someone involved decided to close them after all required hires were made.

  • Rejected requisitions, which were not approved during the review process.

Export Option

Admin users will also have access to an export option in this view.

When used, this option will export all requisitions that appear in the current view — including those in In Review, Active, and Archived. The export will generate a CSV file that contains every piece of information included in each requisition, not just the data visible in the table.

This allows admins to perform additional reporting or analysis outside the platform if needed.
