To create a new requisition, users must go to the “My Requisitions” section of the platform. From there, they can start a new requisition by completing each element in the creation form.

The requisition creation process is divided into 9 steps, and each step collects specific information required to define the position accurately and ensure a complete request for approval.

Steps to Create a Requisition

1. General Information

In this section, users provide the main details about the requisition, including:

  • Headcount

  • Hiring Manager

  • Employment Type

  • Reason for Hire

  • Onboarding items that will be needed for the new hire

2. Job Description

This section defines the role itself. Users must provide:

  • Designation

  • Grade

  • Employment Status

  • Remote Type

  • Educational Requirements

  • Working Language

  • Years of Experience

  • Any specific skills required for the position

Additionally:

  • Users can leave a comment related to the job description.

  • If applicable, users can select CTQ (Critical to Quality) and add multiple CTQ requirements for the role.

3. Compensation Details

In this step, users define all compensation-related information:

  • Salary

  • Currency

  • Any additional compensation or benefits

4. Organization Structure

This section outlines where the new position fits within the organization. Users define the relevant organizational elements, including:

  • Department

  • Division

  • Entity

5. People in Management

Here, users specify the management structure connected to the role, including:

  • HR Manager

  • L1 Manager

  • L2 Manager

6. Location Details

This section defines where the position will be based. Users provide:

  • Country

  • Branch

7. Additional Information

In this section, users can add any extra information relevant to the requisition, such as:

  • Whether the position is confidential

  • Whether it needs to be published on the company’s current site

8. Assign Approvers

In this step, users must assign the people responsible for approving the requisition. The system displays two fields that can be used to search and select users from the platform who will act as approvers.

  • At least one approver must be added.

  • Users can add as many approvers as needed.

This ensures that the requisition follows the appropriate approval flow once it is submitted.

9. Review and Submit

This is the final step of the requisition creation process. Here, users can:

  • Review all the information entered in the previous steps.

  • Go back to any section and edit information if needed.

  • Once everything is correct, submit the requisition for approval.
