Requisition Review and Approvals

To review or approve a requisition, a user must have access to it. Access can happen in two ways:

  1. The user is the next approver assigned in the approval process.

  2. The user is an Admin, which allows them to review or approve any requisition in the system.

The Approvals Section is where users can access and manage requisitions that require their approval. It works alongside the overall approval process and helps users clearly track which requisitions are waiting for their review and which ones have already been completed.

This section can be accessed directly from the main menu, just like the “All Requisitions” section.

Approvals Section

Inside the Approvals Section, users will find two main tabs:

In Review

This tab includes all pending requisitions that require the user’s approval.
These are the requisitions currently waiting in the user’s queue, meaning the user is either next in line to approve or will be able to approve them once it’s their turn.

Completed

This tab includes all requisitions that the user has already reviewed and approved or rejected in the past.

From this section, users can click on any requisition in the table to open it and view its details, such as:

  • Job description

  • Compensation details

  • Organization structure

  • Requester information

  • Approval history

Accessing Requisitions for Approval

To review or approve a requisition:

  1. Go to the “Approvals” section in the platform.

  2. From the table, click on the requisition you need to review.

This will open the full details of the requisition, where you can view all the information added during its creation, including:

  • Job description details

  • Compensation information

  • Organizational structure

  • Requester details (who created it and when it was requested)

  • Activity history (who has already approved it before you)

Approving a Requisition

If you decide to approve the requisition:

  1. Click the “Approve” button.

  2. The system will automatically send a notification to:

    • The person who created the requisition, and

    • The next approver in line, if there are more approvals required.

Rejecting a Requisition

If you need to reject the requisition:

  1. Click the “Reject” button.

  2. Add a comment explaining the reason for the rejection — this step is mandatory.

The system will then send a notification to the person who created the requisition, including your comment and the rejection details. The requester will be able to review this information and make any necessary adjustments.
