The My Requisitions section allows users to view and manage all the requisitions they have personally created. It functions in a similar way to the All Requisitions section but is filtered to display only the requisitions created by the logged-in user.
This section helps users track the progress of their own requisitions — from creation to approval, activation, or closure — without seeing those created by other team members.
Structure
The My Requisitions section follows the same structure as the All Requisitions section. It includes three main sub-sections:
In Review
Shows all requisitions that the user has created and are currently in the process of being approved. Users can see which requisitions are pending approval and who is currently reviewing them.
Active
Displays all requisitions that have already been approved and are now active as part of the recruitment process in Talkpush.
This subsection follows the same logic as the one described in the All Requisitions section, including:
The distinction between Active (currently running and receiving candidates) and Paused (no longer receiving candidates).
The filter to view requisitions by requester (although in this case, all will belong to the same user).
The tracker showing how many people have been hired compared to the headcount defined.
The overdue indicator based on the “date needed.”
Archived
Includes all requisitions created by the user that are no longer active. This includes:
Closed requisitions, which were once active and then closed after all required hires were made.
Rejected requisitions, which were not approved during the review process.
Table and Filters
Just like in the All Requisitions section, requisitions in My Requisitions are displayed in a table view. From this table, users can:
View all key information for each requisition.
Use filters or search to find specific requisitions by status or keyword.
Click on any requisition to open it and view all details.
