How it works

All Requisitions: Shows every requisition in the company, past and present, with filters and clear statuses. Admin Users can see the full picture.
My Requisitions: Shows the requisitions you created, and it’s also where they can create a new one.
Reviewing and Approving: Focused space for approvers to check details and record the decision.
Notifications: Users receive alerts by email and inside the app.
Team Section is where Admin Users invite colleagues, assign or change roles, and manage access.
Account is each user’s profile and preferences in the Requisition app.
User Access
The app is for employees you invite. Authentication is via email and password. Two roles keep access simple and predictable:
Admin Users have full visibility and control across the Requisition Management System. They can view or act on any requisition, invite and manage users.
Member Users see and act only on the requisitions they created or were added to for review or approval.
Admin Users have company‑wide visibility and control; Member Users only see the requisitions they created or were added to.
