November starts with faster paths from application to interview and cleaner candidate data. Candidates can now book a recruiter interview right after their AI Interview without leaving the page, and Autoflow's Add Data action can now replace current values on candidate attributes in one step, for a single Autoflow or as a bulk action.

When you turn on booking after the AI Interview, your Booking question opens as soon as a candidate finishes their AI Interview, so they can pick a recruiter interview slot in the same sitting. Select "Show it right away if the candidate is still on the careers page" in the Send Question Set Autoflow settings, and candidates see a Continue button on the You're all set! screen that opens the scheduling calendar. The refreshed Autoflow Actions guide walks through every action and introduces a new option for Add Data: Replace current values. Instead of setting one fixed value, you list Current value and New value pairs, so each candidate gets a new value based on the one they already have, such as turning codes into readable labels or translating an attribute, all from one Autoflow. Matches are exact, candidates whose value is not listed stay unchanged, and the same option is available in the Set Attribute bulk action (subject to Bulk Action Approval) and through Clara for Owners.
