October is all about AI that works alongside your team. Clara, the AI agent built into the Talkpush CRM, now has a full set of guides covering what she can look into, do, and set up, and the new Teams Tab lets you build custom AI agents that Clara can hand work to. Recruiters also get a redesigned Enhanced AI Interview Report that makes AI interview results faster to read and easier to trust. New Releases below covers the Enhanced AI Interview Report, the Teams Tab, and four Clara guides (Hiring Insights & Data, Candidate Application Actions, Recruitment Setup, and Billing & Product Support). New Updates covers the refreshed Meet Clara overview.
New Releases
Enhanced AI Interview Report
A redesigned version of the AI interview report in the candidate profile that reads like a professional assessment: a clear verdict with the reasons behind it, strengths, red flags and growth areas, a radar chart of skills, the evidence for each score, and the full transcript and recording in one place. The overall 0–5 score is unchanged, and the verdict label comes directly from that score. Identity and integrity checks such as voice verification, face verification, and reading detection appear in their own section when your company uses them. It is a company-wide setting that is off by default, so contact your Account Manager to enable it. Read the full article →
The Teams Tab: Build Custom AI Agents for Your Hiring Workflow
The Teams Tab lets company owners build custom AI agents for work their team repeats or wants to delegate, each with its own instructions and its own access to Talkpush data and actions. Agents are created by chatting with Composer, and Clara can bring an agent in when a request fits its role, or you can @mention an agent directly. Routines let an agent run the same task every day at a time you choose, write actions wait for your approval, and a Log tracks changes to each agent and its routines. The Teams Tab is off by default; contact your Account Manager to turn it on. Read the full article →
Clara for Hiring Insights & Data
Clara can now read your account data and answer questions in plain language, with no report to configure or export to wrangle. She covers candidates and applications, campaigns, folders and autoflows (including execution logs), screening questions and responses, conversations and messages, assessments, Voice AI calls, team access, and audit trails, and can build funnel, bar, line, and pie charts on the spot. She can also summarize CVs and attachments, and retrieves up to 150 records at a time. Read the full article →
Clara Actions for Candidate Applications
Clara can now act on candidate applications straight from the conversation: add a candidate to a campaign, update profile fields, attributes, and labels, move or reject an application (or transfer it to another campaign), assign a manager, and send an SMS, email, WhatsApp, or Messenger message or an internal comment. Every action shows a confirmation card first, and nothing happens until you approve it. Read the full article →
Clara for Recruitment Setup
Describe the hiring process you want and Clara builds it with you: campaigns and stage messages, pipeline folders, campaign access and round-robin routing, screening questions, question sets and flows with conditional skip logic, autoflows and autoflow sets (including testing rules against real candidates before going live), and folder move restrictions. Each write action is approved one by one. Read the full article →
Clara for Billing & Product Support
Company owners can ask Clara about live call and SMS credit balances, invoices, and credit transactions, filtered by product, status, type, or date range. For everyone, Clara explains how features work, troubleshoots why an autoflow, message, or scheduling link didn't behave as expected, explains plans and add-ons, decodes Talkpush page URLs, and reads product screenshots. She can also file a bug ticket or hand you off to a human support person. Read the full article →

Meet Clara: Reading, Acting, and Setting Up in Talkpush
The Meet Clara overview now reflects the full range of what Clara can do: answering questions about your hiring data and charting it, taking approved actions on candidate applications, building campaigns and autoflows by chat, and looking up credits and invoices, with each section linking to its dedicated guide. It also adds how Clara opens tracked tickets, hands off to Product Support, accepts attachments and dictation, and notes the 150-record retrieval limit. Read the full article →
