Use the Hiring section of the Analytics Tab to keep track of the number of people you’ve hired throughout time or across campaigns and locations. All candidates moved to the Hired folder will be recorded there; use this section to simplify the analysis of your hiring process.

The Hiring Tab has filters that can help you compare different data sets. You can learn more about filters in general in the Filters & Configurations article.

Here you’ll find two new filters to refine your data search:

  • Hire date: Use this filter to select the dates you want to cover for most graphs and tables.

  • Completion date: This filter determines the date range for the Completed bar graph (more info on that below)

Now that we’ve covered the basics let’s get into each graph, table, and all the information you can get from this section.

Quick Numbers

First, you’ll see some counts that give you some quick stats to help you understand the status of your hiring efforts:

  • Total Number of Hires: The number of candidates hired in the chosen period.

  • Total Number of Unique Hires: Same as above, but counting possible duplicates only once.

  • Month-on-Month Change in the Number of Hires: Displays both the number of hires in the last month chosen and the percentage change compared to the previous month.

  • Average Number of Days to Hire: Average number of days between the candidate entering a campaign and being hired

  • Median Number of Days to Hire: Median number of days between the candidate entering a campaign and being hired

  • Percentage of Leads Hired: Percentage of all incoming leads that were hired

Following this data, you’ll find several graphs to analyze monthly trends.

Hired Graph

This graph shows the number of people hired per month in the selected period.

Completed Graph

This graph is mainly presented as a comparison to see the number of candidates that completed campaigns.

Hired Table

These are a group of tables that summarize your hired candidates by month on each column while separating by rows any of the following categories:

  • By Source: This table shows how many candidates contributed to the monthly total by each Source you have (Landing Page, Upload with CV, Manual Upload, CSV Upload, etc.)

  • By Campaign: This table shows all hired candidates per campaign in which they were hired.

  • By Completion Method: This table shows hired candidates vs. what completion method they used to finish the prescreening questions (Landing Page, WA/Messenger/Instagram bots, etc.)

  • By Assigned Recruiter: This table indicates how many candidates were hired per recruiter.

Gender by Campaign Location Graph

This graph is helpful to ensure gender parity when hiring candidates for your company. The total number of hires per location in the specified period is represented by the response to questions linked to the Gender Candidate Attribute.

Count of Hires with Coordinates

This pie chart represents the percentage of hires that have their location set with complete geospatial data.

Hires per Campaign Location Map

This graph displays where hired candidates are located on a map. You’ll see different colors by country, along with dots of varying sizes representing the number of leads clustered around a particular geographic location.

💡 Tip

When looking at any available table, you can hover over each cell to see detailed information for each group of candidates:
