This guide outlines three key strategies for handling inactive campaigns: archiving to conceal them from public view while retaining data, freezing to halt new applications while maintaining inside campaign visibility, and deleting to permanently erase all traces. Each method offers a tailored approach to campaign management, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

Archive Campaign

An archived campaign will no longer receive incoming candidates except for those coming from job boards (e.g., Jobstreet / Jobsdb). Archived campaigns are only accessible from the campaign list.

How to Archive a Campaign:

1. Go to Campaigns and click on More (⋮) across the campaign you want to archive.

2. Click on Archive, then Proceed to confirm your action.

Once archived, the campaign and its associated candidates are stored for potential reactivation. Archived campaigns can be restored from the archived list, granting access to candidate information. Here’s the complete article for you to read if you are considering archiving a campaign.

Freeze Campaign

A frozen campaign is accessible on the Campaign list and on the Leads Tab, however, the campaign will no longer receive incoming candidates.

How to Freeze a Campaign:

1. On the campaign list, select a campaign and go to the Campaign Settings.

2. On the Main Settings, toggle Off the Allow New Applications button.

3. Confirm the Action by clicking Proceed.

4. Then hit, Save.

This method ensures that while new applications are restricted, recruiters can still work with and manage existing candidates, even moving them to the frozen campaign if needed.

Pro Tip: Make sure to toggle Off the Publish Campaign on Job Listing Page button to remove this frozen campaign on your Job Listing page.

Delete Campaign

Deleting a campaign removes it entirely from the Campaign List and the Leads tab, including all associated candidate data. This irreversible action should be approached with caution and is typically handled as a Premium Service through Account Management.

It's crucial to weigh the necessity of campaign deletion against the potential loss of candidate data. Consider consulting with your Account Manager to explore alternative solutions or to initiate the deletion process.
