The Leads List View gives you a second way to browse your leads: a full-width, spreadsheet-style table that sits alongside the familiar candidate list and profile layout. You see the same candidates, filters, search, and counts — just arranged the way you want to read them. Pick which columns show, put them in your own order, and Talkpush remembers your setup wherever you log in next. This view is available only in the new Candidate UI; switching to Legacy Version works exactly as it always has.
What It Does
A segmented control next to the Export button lets you switch between the Detail View (the classic candidate list and profile) and List View (the spreadsheet-style table). Both views read from the same filtered list, so switching keeps your filters, sort, search, and scroll position intact.
Open Edit Columns to choose exactly which data points appear — campaign, folder, last interaction, TalkScore, labels, source, location, assigned manager, and more — plus any candidate attribute your company has chosen to expose. Drag columns into the order that makes sense for how you work, and resize them to fit your data; a sourcer chasing shortlist reasons and a scheduler tracking show-up dates can build two completely different tables from the same list.
Your view, column choices, and column order are saved to your account, so they follow you across browsers and after you log out — no need to rebuild your table every time.
Note: The Candidate column always stays in the first position and can't be removed or reordered — it's your anchor for identifying each row.
Building a table that matches your role — see shortlist reasons, show-up dates, or whatever matters most to you.
Scanning hundreds of leads at once without opening a profile for each one.
Keeping your setup automatically — no need to reconfigure your columns each session.
Selecting and acting on multiple leads at once, right from the table.
How It Looks In Talkpush
Switching views
1. Go to the Leads page in the new Candidate UI.
2. Click the List View icon in the segmented control next to Export.
Searching and sorting
The list view keeps the same search and sort you already know from the candidate list — nothing here changes when you switch views.
Search within filter results sits at the top-left of the table and works exactly like the quick search on the candidate list: type a name, phone number, or email and press Enter.
The Sort by dropdown sits immediately to its right and carries the same options as before — Best Match, Last Interaction, Date Added, Job Scoring, and Candidate Name, each ascending or descending.
Opening a candidate profile
Click anywhere on a row to open that candidate's profile as an overlay on top of the table — your place in the list, your filters, and your scroll position stay exactly where you left them.
The overlay header includes a prev/next stepper so you can move to the next or previous candidate without closing the profile, along with a counter (for example, "18 of 338") showing where you are in the list. At either end of the list, the relevant arrow is disabled with a tooltip explaining why.
You can also step through candidates using the ▲/▼ arrow keys.
Your choice to expand or collapse all actions on the Journey tab is also remembered per recruiter, so it carries over the next time you open a profile — whether from this table or from the classic candidate list. If a candidate has an unusually large number of actions, that profile still opens collapsed by default, keeping the page responsive.
Customizing your columns
1. Click the Edit Columns button at the right end of the table header.
2. Tick the columns you want under Available; they move into Shown in Table.
3. Drag a column by its grip to reorder it, or use the keyboard: press Space to lift a column, use the arrow keys to move it, then press Space to drop it.
4. Click Apply to update the table.
Note: Click Clear at any time to reset to the default columns.
Resizing columns
Drag the edge of a column header to widen or narrow it. Hover anywhere on a header to reveal that column's edge, then move onto it — the cursor changes to let you know you can resize.
Each column has a minimum width — you'll see a Minimum width label when you reach it — and a maximum of 640px, shown as Maximum width.
Double-click a column's edge to reset it to its default width.
Your column widths are saved along with your view mode and column choices, so they follow you across browsers and after you log out.
Note: Resize handles are hidden while you have leads selected for a bulk action.
Folder column
The Folder column shows how long an application has sat in its current folder, right next to the folder name — for example, Inbox 2h 2m or Completed 56d 1h. This uses the same timing shown on a candidate's Candidate Journey, so the two always match.
Talkscore column
For companies with Talkscore enabled, the column appears by default and shows each candidate's score level (for example, B2+) and overall rating. Click a score to open a breakdown of skills and language proficiency, or select View Full Report to see the candidate's Assessments tab.
Adding a candidate attribute as a column
Candidate attributes aren't listed by default — an attribute has to be exposed first.
1. Go to Candidate Settings > Candidate Attributes.
2. Select the attribute you want to expose.
3. Open Advanced Settings.
4. Turn on Show as a column in the leads list.
If you don't see the attribute you need, click Add candidate attributes above Clear and Apply in the Edit Columns panel. This opens the Candidate Attributes page in a new tab, so your column choices, filters, and place in the list stay exactly as you left them.
Note: This shortcut is available only to Owners and Managers, as only these roles can access Candidate Attributes.
Once enabled, the attribute appears in Edit Columns for everyone at your company.
Q: Does switching views affect the Legacy interface?
A: No. List View exists only in the new Candidate UI. Legacy Version behaves exactly as before.
Q: What happens if I open a candidate profile from the table?
A: The profile opens as an overlay on top of the table. Closing it returns you to the same scroll position and filters — the table isn't reloaded.
Q: Can I select multiple leads in List View?
A: Yes. Use the checkboxes on each row, or the select-all checkbox in the header, to act on multiple leads at once.
