Are you looking for ways to optimize your recruitment process? Autoflow can help! Whether you need to reconnect with previous candidates, request document resubmissions, assign specialist recruiters, or create a searchable talent pool, Autoflow has a range of features that can enhance your recruitment efforts to help you find the best candidates for your organization more efficiently and effectively. You can learn more about some great use cases below.

Reheating 'Near Hires' After Months

If you have a list of candidates who nearly succeeded, they might still be interested in opportunities with your organization. Set up an Autoflow sequence to re-engage with them 6-12 months after you last processed their profiles. This process can be achieved with the configuration of a Custom Folder.

Create a Custom Folder such as Viable Candidates (Reheat) and drop candidates into that folder for Autoflow to contact them after six months.

Resubmitting Unrecognized OCR Documents

Occasionally, uploaded documents don't meet the quality standards for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to identify their characters accurately. To monitor those instances, we assign the Candidate Attribute: unverified to profiles with unreadable documents. Autoflow can help you identify these profiles and request resubmissions. We suggest incorporating helpful tips within your message to enhance the quality of their subsequent uploads.

Discovering a 'Must Hire' vs. 'Can Hire' in your Talent Pool

With Autoflow, you can create a list of Follow-Up Questions based on the initial pre-screening to help you determine if a candidate is an exceptional fit or simply an ok match for your company, all while maintaining a high completion rate.

Use Labels to create a searchable Talent Pool

Enhance your recruitment process by assigning Labels to candidates according to their responses. Labels can represent skills, experiences, languages, or other pertinent attributes. For instance, if you're looking for candidates with over three years of experience in the BPO industry, you can connect the question to a candidate attribute. A corresponding label will be automatically created when a candidate meets this criterion, making identifying and filtering candidates easier.

Get Feedback from Hired & Rejected Candidates

Autoflow can be set up to gather feedback from candidates shortly after completing the hiring process. Within 2-7 days of being designated as 'Hired' or 'Rejected,' candidates receive a survey to assess their experience. This enables companies to pinpoint areas for improvement, fostering a positive reputation, enhancing word-of-mouth marketing, and ultimately leading to increased candidate satisfaction and more effective talent acquisition.

You can configure a single-time-engagement campaign to collect feedback or use an integration such as Typeform.

Send Assessment Links

If you have an active integration between Talkpush and an assessment provider, you can seamlessly direct candidates to their evaluation tests using Autoflow. When a candidate completes their pre-screening and meets the specified criteria for advancement, Autoflow can automatically send an invitation for the assessment test.

With a range of features to automate tasks, enhance communication, and create a searchable talent pool, Autoflow is the perfect tool to optimize your recruitment workflows. So why not leverage your recruitment process with Autoflow? You can explore some of the use cases mentioned here and see how Autoflow can streamline your recruitment efforts and improve candidate experience.
