The Campaigns Tab in Talkpush has been designed to make navigating, managing, and taking action on your campaigns easier. It includes smart filters that let you sort campaigns by job title, location, type, or recent activity. Campaigns are grouped into Active, Closed, or Archived, with key details—like job title, location, and number of candidates—displayed. You can mark high-priority campaigns as Favorites, perform Bulk Actions across multiple campaigns, and access tools like Autoflow and Job Matching from a simplified menu, all within a cleaner and more efficient layout.
Let’s walk you through what’s new. Here's Perry for a quick video guide!
Search Bar and Filters
The top of the Campaigns Tab includes a powerful Search bar and a Filter panel to help you locate specific Campaigns.
Campaign Type Filter
Filter Campaigns by their type: Broadcast, Exit Interview, Inquiry, Job Application, Onboarding, Unassigned, and Template. You’ll also see how many Campaigns belong to each type.
Job Profile Filter
Filter Campaigns by Job Title (based on the Job Profile used). This is especially useful if you use integrations like Workday—but it is also available to all users, even without integration.Location Filter
Find Campaigns by geographic location, grouped by country.
Last Activity Date Filter
Filter by how recently a Campaign was updated: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, or use a Custom Date Range.
Recruitment Center Filter
View Campaigns assigned to specific Recruitment Centers.
Campaigns Published Filter
See which Campaigns are live on the Bot or the Job Listing Page.
Campaign Details
Campaigns are grouped into three categories for better organization:
Active: Campaigns currently accepting applications.
Closed: Campaigns that no longer accept new applicants but are still accessible for review.
Archived: Older Campaigns stored for reference only.
Read this article to help you manage your inactive Campaigns.
Each Campaign on the list shows key information, including Campaign Name, Job Title, Location, Last Activity Date, and Candidate Count. This gives you a quick overview without needing to click on each Campaign.
Favorite Campaigns
Favorites let you pin important Campaigns to quickly find and access them without searching. You can mark any active Campaign as a Favorite to keep it easily accessible. Your most recently marked Favorites—up to six—will appear at the top of the Campaigns Tab for quick access. You can click Show All to view the rest if you have more than six. Favorites only apply to active Campaigns, so if a Campaign is moved to Closed or Archived, it will be automatically removed from your Favorites list.
Campaign Menu
The options menu for each Campaign has been reorganized for clarity and grouped by function.
The first section contains navigation options: Sourcing, Questions, Onboarding Questions, Autoflow, and Job Matching.
The second section includes Campaign actions such as Adding candidates, marking them as Favorites, Duplicating, Exporting, and Archiving.
At the bottom, you’ll find campaign information like:
The user who created the Campaign.
Date and time it was created.
Bulk Actions and Multi-Select
You can manage Campaigns at scale with multi-select and bulk action tools. You can select Campaigns on one page—or across all pages—when performing bulk actions.
Explore Leads in Multiple Campaigns
Select several Campaigns and click Explore Leads to view only candidates from those Campaigns.
Enable or Disable Applications in Bulk.
For active Campaigns, you can use bulk-disable applications.
For Closed Campaigns, you can bulk-enable applications to reopen them.
Moreover, you can bulk-reactivate the Archived Campaigns.
