The Top Navigation Bar

Everything you need to navigate Talkpush, accessible from a single bar at the top.

Written by Crismin Joy Lagamayo

The top navigation bar runs across the top of every page in Talkpush. It gives you access to your main tabs, company settings, and the product switcher — all from one place. This article walks through each element in the bar and what it does.

The Product Switcher

The product switcher icon sits in the top-left corner of the bar. Clicking it opens the Other Products menu: a full-width panel listing all available Talkpush products as cards. Each card shows an icon, a product name, and a short description. Hovering a card highlights it; clicking opens that product in a new tab.

Product

What it does

A single intake for employees to request roles, route approvals, and automatically create Campaigns in Talkpush.

Talkpush's built-in e-signature and contract management solution designed for high-volume recruitment.

A real-time analytics platform for AI-powered candidate assessments, giving your team a unified view of pipeline health and scoring consistency.

A Talkpush-native operating system for on-site recruitment centers, replacing paper sign-in sheets with a real-time view of every walk-in candidate.

A dedicated space for third-party recruitment agencies to submit candidates directly into Talkpush, track submissions, and avoid duplicates.

Lets employees submit candidates for open roles, track their referral progress, and earn recognition through a leaderboard and achievements.

Connects your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) directly to Talkpush, giving it live access to your campaigns, candidates, autoflows, and more.

A native form builder that collects structured data from candidates directly within the recruitment funnel and syncs it to their candidate profiles.

Company Settings

Company-level settings are accessible by clicking your company name in the top-left corner, next to the product switcher icon. This opens a dropdown menu containing: Settings, Job Listing Page, Team, Recruitment Centers, Telco Billing, Communication Settings, and Folder Settings.

Navigation Links

The main navigation tabs — Campaigns, Leads, Analytics, and Templates — run across the center of the bar. Click any tab to go to that section of Talkpush.

Right-Side Icons

The right side of the bar contains quick-access icons for notifications, help, admin tools, and more. The manager profile button is always the rightmost item. The icons to its left are each visible only to the accounts and roles they apply to.

Icon

What it does

Opens My Calendar, where you can sync your external calendar and configure your interview availability and time slots.

Filters leads awaiting your response across all campaigns and folders. Clicking it opens a dropdown with two options: My Leads Pending Reply (candidates assigned to you) and All Leads Pending Reply.

Notification bell

Displays your unread notification count. The bell stays grey regardless of pending items — only the badge number indicates new notifications. The bell turns green while the notification panel is open.

Tracks the status of bulk actions and CSV imports. Indicators show whether an import is queued, in progress, completed, completed with failures, or failed.

Opens the Talkpush Help Center. Visible to all managers.

Admin

Opens admin settings. Visible only to users with admin access.

Opens your profile menu. Always the rightmost item in the bar. See Your Profile Menu below.

Your Profile Menu

The Profile button is located in the top-right corner of the navigation bar and displays your avatar alongside a chevron icon. Click it to open the profile menu.

At the top of the menu is your identity card, which displays your avatar, full name, and email address.

  • Profile photo: If you've uploaded a profile photo, it appears as your avatar. Otherwise, a colored circle containing your initial is displayed. The assigned color remains consistent across sessions.

  • Long names or email addresses: If your name or email is too long, it is truncated in the menu header. Hover over it to view the full text.

The profile menu also provides quick access to the following options:

  • Shared With Me: View candidate profiles that have been shared with you.

  • My Account: Update your personal account information and user preferences.

  • My Calendar: Configure your calendar availability.

  • Hard Refresh (Admins only): Reload the application and refresh cached data.

  • Logout: Sign out of your current session.

Q: Do I have access to all other products?

A: No. Access to other products depends on your organization's subscription and the permissions assigned to your account. If you cannot access or log in to a product, it's usually because an account has not yet been created or provisioned for you. If you believe you should have access, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.

Q: Why is my notification bell grey even though I have unread notifications?

A: The bell stays grey regardless of how many unread items you have — only the badge count tells you there are new notifications. The bell turns green only while the notification panel is open.

Q: Does the Admin icon appear for all users?

A: No. The Admin icon is only visible to users with admin access. If you don't see it, your account does not have admin permissions.
