An overview of Talkpush’s main features

Welcome to Talkpush! Your recruitment journey is about to be transformed. In this guide, we'll help you get started by learning the basics. Let’s dive in.

Confirm your Account

1. Confirm your account through the confirmation email

2. Fill out your Name, Job title, Phone number, and Username.

3. Create your password. (Your password needs to contain at least 1 lower case letter, 1 number, 1 upper case letter, and 1 special character.)

4. Agree to Talkpush’s Privacy Policy and Terms. Click Set up.

The Leads Tab

Once your account is ready, you'll be redirected to the Leads tab. The Leads Tab is the most used by recruiters. This is where you can easily see all candidates across all campaigns and folders simultaneously! We can also access candidates’ information and check on the status of their profiles, communicate with them on different messaging platforms, review their applications and move them through from screening to being hired!

The Leads tab has three main sections: the Candidates List, the Chatbox, and the Candidate Profile.

The Campaigns Tab

Keep track of your active and archived campaigns and configure their settings using the Campaigns Tab. The primary use of this tab is to allow you to access the the list of your Active and Archived Campaigns, Add a New Campaign, perform various campaign actions such as connecting your Facebook page through sourcing, configuring your message settings, adding your pre-screening questions, and exporting your leads from a specific campaign.

The Analytics Tab

Easily create your recruitment reports through the Analytics tab. In this tab, you will find valuable analytics such as the trends, behaviors, and sources of your leads, the time spent and movement made by your teammates, the performance of your campaigns, and the best communication channels to reach out to your candidates.

The Templates Tab

Manage your pre-screening, document collections, and, onboarding questions, set up follow up questions too using the Question Sets, and configure your Message Templates on the Templates Tab.

The Company Settings Tab

To view and use this tab, you must have Owner access.

You may configure the overall settings of your company’s Talkpush account using the Company Settings tab. Through this tab, you can customize your Job landing pages and Job Listing page, upload your company logo, add or delete users, manage duplicate candidates, create recruitment centers, and add new folders to optimize your recruitment process.
