Confirming your Account

Confirming your account can be done in five easy steps. See the video below.

Steps:

  1. Confirm your account through the confirmation email

  2. Set up your account by filling out your name, job title, phone number, and username

  3. Create your password (Your password needs to contain at least 1 number, 1 lower case letter, 1 upper case letter, and 1 special character).

  4. Agree to Talkpush’s Privacy Policy and Terms. Click Set up.

Navigating the Leads Tab

After setting up your account, you will be redirected to the "Home Screen": The Leads tab. Most of your recruitment activities happen here since this is where you will access your leads and interact with them.

You can easily navigate and understand the Leads tab through its three main sections: the Candidate Listing, Chat Management Screen, and the Candidate Profile. These three sections will allow you to:

Find the list of your leads or search for a specific candidate who applied to your campaign

See the interaction of the candidate with the chatbot

Track every automated and manual action

Chat and share files with your candidate through your preferred channel

Easily check the candidate’s profile and application details

Manually add candidates to a specific campaign

The Campaigns Tab

Keep track of your active and archived campaigns and configure their settings using the Campaigns tab. The primary use of this tab is to allow you to:

✅ See the list of your Active and Archived Campaigns

✅ Add a New Campaign

✅ Perform various campaign actions such as connecting your Facebook page through sourcing, configuring your message settings, adding your pre-screening questions, and exporting your leads from a specific campaign.

The Analytics Tab

Easily create your recruitment reports through the Analytics tab. In this tab, you will find valuable analytics such as the trends, behaviors, and sources of your leads, the time spent and movement made by your teammates, the performance of your campaigns, and the best communication channels to reach out to your candidates.

The Templates Tab

Manage your document collection and pre-screening, and onboarding questions using the Templates tab. You can set up the questions you want to ask at any stage of the candidate's application and the documents you want to collect from your candidates. The questions and documents you will list in this tab will serve as a ready-to-use template, so you won’t have to type them over and over in each of your campaigns.

The Company Settings Tab

You may configure the overall settings of your company’s Talkpush account using the Company Settings tab. Through this tab, you can customize your Job landing pages and Career Sites, upload your company logo, add or delete users, manage duplicate candidates, create recruitment centers, and add new folders to optimize your recruitment process.

To view and use this tab, you must have Owner access.
